Thomas Carr Takes Second in Javelin at Penn Relays

Sophomore Thomas Carr took second with a personal best of 71.51m (234 7 ) in the javelin Saturday in the final day of competition at the 120th edition of the Penn Relays at Franklin Field. His throw from Saturday puts his name 13th nationally and 10th in the East Region.
